Today a new service at the University launches: Stirling Connect. Stirling Connect is a social networking site for staff and students at the University. In Stirling connect you can have your own blog, share photos, share bookmarks, create groups (public and private), have a wiki, and make friends.

Groups are a great way to share information or interests: groups can have discussions boards, shared files, wikis (called pages) and photo albums.

To access Stirling Connect logon to the Portal and click on the Stirling Connect in the left hand menu.

The first use we’re making of the system is to support the 2009 undergraduates and postgraduates coming to the University in September.
