Information Services would like to apologise for the disruption to staff email, calendar and voice mail services during this period. This was due to multiple failures in the systems supporting the service and unexpected problems in restoring the services. No incoming emails to the University will have been lost during the outage as they were stored and then delivered to mailboxes once the service had been restored.
